VINTAGE

Vintage artefacts are mostly handmade and bound to have imperfections. It is perfectly normal to find signs of wear as well as minimal scratches depending on the artefact material, age and use. Major damages, tears, breaks, or defects are mentioned in the item's description.

 

ORIGINALS
All Copona's original pieces are limited to 9 copies, each referenced and signed with a certificate  of authentication. Featured artists may choose to limit their collections to a number of their choice based on their vision.

SHIPPING
We have partnered with a specialist in shipping and handling of fine art and antiques, to offer you worldwide shipping.

Orders within Australia will be dispatched in 48 hours and delivered in 7-8 business days, pricing includes lost and damaged cover.

For worldwide deliveries, our team will be in touch via email upon placing your order with a shipping cost and delivery estimate. Once approved, your order will be dispatched and your tracking details will be sent to your email address.
Shipping costs do not include Duty, tax, or brokerage fees. 

RETURN
While we hope you are happy with your purchase, please keep in mind that differing settings of computer monitors may result in variations between how the work is presented, which includes colours detail.

 

As all works are either original or limited edition, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If for any other reason you’d like to return a product, please contact us at hello@copona.com.au within 5(five) business days.

 

We are not responsible for any damage or lost of items in the mail.

 

PACKAGING

We believe in the ethical impact we make as a company and therefore we have picked sustainable packaging to deliver our unique selection of items. We use compostable satchels and compostable packing tape,  100% biodegradable foam and recyclable cardboard boxes. We also limit the branding on our packaging to encourage the re-use of the boxes.
